Refund policy
Every item sold by MCHNE is made to order. Because each piece is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or any reason other than a fault with the product itself.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us at hello@mchne.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will offer either a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement item at no additional cost. We will not require you to return the faulty item.
We are unable to process claims submitted after 14 days of the delivery date.
Wrong address
MCHNE is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order.
Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact us and we will investigate with the fulfilment partner on your behalf.
