Every item in our store is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse - your piece is printed and produced specifically for you when you place your order. This means a little extra time before it ships, but it also means less waste and a product made fresh.

Where are orders produced?

We currently work with international print-on-demand production partners. This allows us to keep our range available and accessible while we work toward our longer-term goal of bringing production closer to home. Domestic Australian manufacturing and fulfilment is something we're actively working toward as the brand grows - we appreciate your patience and support while we get there.

How long will my order take?

Because each item is produced on demand, your total delivery time includes two stages: production and shipping.

These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, high order volumes, or carrier disruptions. Where possible, an estimated delivery window is shown on each product listing at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Split shipments

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on where they are produced. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
